Technical Proposal Writer (L3)

Technical Proposal Writer responsible for developing winning responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs across public and private sector opportunities. Requires deep technical knowledge and exceptional writing skills to translate complex solutions into compelling, compliant proposals.
Core ResponsibilitiesProposal Development & ManagementAnalyze RFP, RFI, and RFQ requirements and develop structured, persuasive responses aligned with client needs and organizational capabilities.Own end-to-end proposal lifecycle from initial analysis through final submissionEnsure strict adherence to client requirements, procurement guidelines, and submission timelines.Coordinate internal reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and manage quality assurance processes.Content Creation & CollaborationPartner with solution architects, delivery leaders, and SMEs to translate technical solutions into explicit, impactful contentCreate executive summaries, technical narratives, case studies, and capability presentations.Develop and maintain reusable content libraries, templates, and boilerplate materials.Craft win themes and value propositions that differentiate our solutionsQuality & ComplianceMaintain brand consistency and professional writing standards across all deliverablesEnsure adherence to government procurement guidelines (FAR, SOW, GSA) and APMP best practicesManage multiple concurrent proposals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Required Qualifications
Experience & Expertise7+ years of technical/proposal writing experience in IT services, solutions, or consultingProven track record developing winning responses for mid-to-large RFPs/RFIs in the US marketStrong technical understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Application Development, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Digital TransformationCore CompetenciesExceptional written communication, editing, and storytelling abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong compliance and quality management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systemsExperience with APMP standards and government procurement processesIndustry KnowledgeUnderstanding of global IT services delivery modelsFamiliarity with Government, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Hi-Tech sectorsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in English, Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldAPMP certification or formal proposal management trainingGlobal IT services or solutioning environment experience
