Tech PM role is part of the Software Development Team, with responsibility for leading and managing all phases of the project life cycle & providing status reports regarding key deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues & keeping the leadership updated. This role will give you an opportunity to build & lead a strong project team & motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones. Responsibilities: - Project Management activities - Preparing the Project Plan - Risk management - Project Tracking and Status Reporting - Resource Allocation and requirement - Stakeholder management - Tracking projections and billing - Project Reviews - Team Management activities - To ensure the motivation levels are high - To instill a sense of ownership in the team - Managing and defining training and upskilling needs - KRA management and tracking - Customer engagement activities - Being in touch with the customer any upcoming opportunities - Engage with the customers in Business and Technical discussions - Overall customer satisfaction - Organizational activities - Contribute to proposal preparation activities - Participate in defining and improving processes - Recommend upcoming trends, technologies which can be leveraged to enhance Logixals service offering - Set development and coding standards and Peer reviews of the code to maintain code quality - Provide technical leadership to developers / senior developers / tech leads Candidate Profile: - Tech Graduate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in BFSI domain with a special focus on Digital Banking. - Experience with any Digital Banking product, especially Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) will be an added advantage - Very Good analysis, interpersonal & communication skills - Experience in Leading, guiding, and mentoring the delivery - Experience in managing different types of projects Turnkey, T&M, and Resource Augmentation - Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment - Hands-on technical experience in Java Technology Stack (Core Java, Spring frameworks, Microservices architecture) - Experience working with High Availability environments involving Web logic Application Server, Oracle Database - Should be aware of the developments happening in the BFSI space and specifically in Digital Banking - Technology / Product certifications are a plus Location: Mumbai For more information please visit the website - http://www.logixal.com,
