About the Job:

• Define and Manage Product Backlog: You will own the product backlog, ensuring clear, prioritized user stories and technical requirements aligned with business goals and development team capabilities.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of product vision and technical execution.
• Translate Business Goals into Technical Solutions: You will break down business objectives into detailed technical requirements, and user flows, ensuring feasibility and clarity for development teams.
• Drive Agile Development: You will lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to maintain focus on delivering iterative, high-value features and enhancements.
• Conduct Technical Feasibility Analysis: You will collaborate with developers and architects to assess technical risks, identify dependencies, and plan scalable, efficient solutions.
• Monitor Product Performance and Feedback: You will analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and system behavior post-launch to identify opportunities for optimization and future improvements.
• Oversee Product Lifecycle: You will manage all stages of the product lifecycle, from market research and technical prototyping to testing, UAT, final deployment and release.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: You will research and integrate emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and best practices to maintain competitive differentiation and product excellence.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (preferably computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field).
• Hands-on experience with technical product management or product ownership in a software development environment.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong technical background with familiarity in areas such as APIs, cloud platforms, or DevSecOps.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management or collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Sincere empathy for end users and a passion for delivering exceptional product experiences.
