We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the development of technical solutions for inclusive banking products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement mortgage-related technical projects. Develop and maintain technical documentation for banking products and services. Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders on banking products and services. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Job Requirements Strong understanding of technical management principles and practices. Experience working in the BFSI industry, preferably in a technical role. Knowledge of inclusive banking products and services, including SBL and mortgages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
