DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To resolve all complex technical problems which could not be resolved by technicians/eTEKs.
• To prepare a skill matrix for all the technical staff and design classroom / OJT plan accordingly. To act as a relay trainer ( In-house trainer ) at the dealership.
• To train dealership personnel on the product and ensure relevant technical information is available across (Sales & Customer Care) the dealership.
• Single window contact to Mahindra & Mahindra for all technical matters/correspondence.
• To analyze repeat repairs and initiate corrective actions basis root causes.
• In charge of the technical library at the dealership.
• Share best practices / important observations with the team in meetings.
• Ensure high quality and safety in the workshop.
• Ensure all technical SOPs are adhered to.
• Educating shop floor staff on 3S to maintain high level of discipline and housekeeping.
• Upkeep of Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) file and sharing with all concerned during team meetings.

Qualification:- Diploma/Btech

Experience:-

2 to 5 years of experience in Automobile industry

Job Type: Full-time
