What makes you a good fit for this role:

• Graduation in any stream
• 2+ years of experience as Technical Lead role
• Overall experience between 10 to 15 years
• Strong experience in Microsoft Technical Stack
• Able to solve complex technical problems

Skills we are looking for:

• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Concepts
• Experience working in Microsoft technologies C#, .Net Core, .Net standard, Asp.net, MVC, Web API’s
• Experience in client-side technologies – React with Typescript
• Experience in Azure Devops, Docker/Container, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with Entity Framework Core
• Experience working with Restful design pattern and microservice based architecture
• Good knowledge of unit tests, Integration tests
• Experience using code versioning tool GIT
• Strong knowledge of Relational SQL databases, SQL Queries and transactions (preferred DBMS: Sql Server)
• Experience working in Scrum.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Must be able to develop Enterprise level solution
• Must be able to carry out POC’s wherever needed and should be able to provide technology suggestions with clear list of Pros and Cons.
• Experience in handling architectural needs of a system like conceptual architecture diagrams, design proposals.
• Create and refine best practices, coding standards, and documentation, and share knowledge across the team.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring engineers understand our strategy and vision.
• Specify technical solutions in clear and concise manner.
• Provide best fit technological solutions & ensuring high code quality for team
• Collaborate on software development projects with business teams and other IT teams globally.
