Technical Lead - Product Delivery & Solution Design

Role & responsibilities

Youll play a pivotal role in transforming broad product ideas into working, scalable systems owning the journey from vision to Git commits to production deployment. Youll work with founders, designers, and developers to plan, code, and deliver well-architected systems that scale.

What Were Looking For - Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of

  full-stack development

  experience with at least 2 years in system/solution architecture

• Deep experience

  in at least one modern

  backend stack

  (RoR or PHP Laravel) and

  mobile app development

  lifecycle

• Strong understanding

  of scalable systems, REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), message queues, caching, and cloud platforms (AWS)
• Experience breaking down complex problems into tasks that others can execute on using a PMO tool (JIRA or ASANA)
• Hands-on, low-ego, and excited to pair on code when needed
• Comfortable in startup-style execution: ambiguous input, fast iterations, shipping often
