This includes providing guidance on requirements and centrally managing Risk and Control tasks. Collaboration and Stakeholder ManagementThe manager works closely with various stakeholders, including IT Asset Owners (ITAOs), Portfolio Owners, Technical Information Security Officers (TISOs), Architects, Customer Service Managers (CSMs), and other control performers. They also collaborate with the Risk and Control team, CIO-1s, and audit teams to ensure key risks are mitigated and objectives are met. Centralized Task ManagementManaging tasks centrally and providing regular updates to all key stakeholders is a crucial part of the role. This includes participating in portfolio owner and CIO-1 Risk and Control calls to ensure control implementation. Training and SupportSupporting Risk Culture trainings within the organization in close collaboration with the Risk and Control and Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) teams. Additionally, the manager assists and trains ITAOs, decom factory teams, and application services teams. Your skills and experience Cloud, GCP, ITAO, DevOps, Engineering, IT Service Management, IT Governance or IT Project Management background. Excellent communication and presentation skills, highly organized and disciplined. Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders. Ability to create and naturally maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders. Comfortable working in VUCA (Volatility Uncertainty Complexity Ambiguity) and highly dynamic environments. The candidate will typically have a rather limited technical hands on involvement. A high-level understanding on the products/technologies below is welcomed: Databases; Application/web servers (like J2EE based, especially JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic Server, Apache) Management of security certificates. Unix servers very basic administration Microservices and SOA Communication and encryption protocols (mainly HTTP(S), SSL) Networking (firewalls, load balancers, etc) High Availability Architecture.
