Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on climate solutions, decarbonisation, LCAs (Life Cycle Assessments), emission reduction strategies, and fashion sustainability trends to develop authoritative content. Product Documentation: Work closely with product and carbon science teams to create and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and technical specifications for Greenstitchs SaaS platform. Thought Leadership: Write industry-focused thought pieces to position Greenstitch as a leader in climate-tech solutions for fashion and textiles. SEO and Optimization: Optimise content for search engines to enhance discoverability and drive organic traffic. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of technical content with business objectives and customer needs. Simplifying Complexity: Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences, including sustainability managers, engineers, and business executives. Accuracy and Quality: Ensure all content is factually accurate, grammatically correct, and aligned with Greenstitchs brand voice and tone. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 24 years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or related roles, preferably in SaaS, climate tech, or sustainability domains. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with concepts like Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, decarbonisation, LCAs, and sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., BRSR, GHG Protocol). Research Proficiency: Ability to dive deep into technical topics and produce well-researched, credible content. Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong command of English. SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools to enhance content visibility (preferred). Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
