Technical Architect (AEM)

You will be responsible for building and maintaining the project, which includes but is not limited to developing technical expertise in team members, providing customer service and support, people management, and managing escalations. With a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience, you will need to possess certain competencies and skills. Your primary responsibilities will involve working closely with clients, developers, and system administrators to build Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, translating business requirements into technical details, advising and mentoring development groups, and delivering integrated solutions across various IT disciplines. You will be required to lead the implementation team, resolve functional and technical issues related to AEM, and coordinate with team members within the organization and the customer site to develop and implement concepts within agreed timelines. As part of your role, you will need to ensure that organizational values are consistently displayed, enhance your technical skills to support individual and organizational development, lead a team of professionals, work with the team to deliver projects on time, and develop the team on relevant skill sets. You will also serve as the first level escalation point for the customer and be responsible for managing day-to-day architecture plans.
