Quality, DevOps & Collaboration: * Apply testdriven development, participate in agile ceremonies, and automate CI/CD pipelines (Git, Maven/Gradle, Adobe Cloud Manager). * Mentor junior engineers and champion personalization best practices across the organization. Minimum Qualifications: * 4+years of handson development with Adobe Experience Manager 6.x (Sites/Assets) and strong core Java (Servlets, OSGi, Sling Models). * 2+years implementing Adobe Experience Platform solutions (AJO, RealTime CDP, Customer Journey Analytics). * Proven experience integrating martech, CRM, or dataplatform sources via REST, GraphQL, or Adobe Web/Edge SDKs. * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SPA frameworks for frontend personalization. * Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized microservices. * Understanding of privacy regulations and datagovernance principles (GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA). Preferred Qualifications: * Adobe Certified ExpertAEM Sites Developer, AEP Architect, or equivalent certification. * Experience with Adobe Target, Launch ServerSide Tagging, or similar optimization tools. * Background in machinelearningdriven recommendation engines or propensity modeling. * Exposure to streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis) and realtime decisioning services.
