AEM/AEP Developer Longterm contract with Direct Client/No layers Location: Chennai DLF IT Park Please note: candidates with immediate to 30 days notice period ONLY Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Customer Journey & Personalization: * Design, build, and optimize realtime, profiledriven journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) across email, push, web, and inapp channels. * Translate cohort definitions into deterministic and predictive audiences in AEP RealTime CDP. * Use Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to measure the performance across channels and provide accurate profiles of individual users Data Engineering & Governance: * Model and manage XDM schemas, identities, and consent rules; establish batch and streaming dataingest pipelines (including Edge SDK). * Enforce dataquality and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). AEM Development: * Build and extend AEM components, templates, and OSGi services in Java; leverage Content Fragments and GraphQL APIs for headless delivery. * Integrate AEM Sites/Assets with AEP segments and decisioning for realtime content rendering. Analytics & Experimentation: * Deploy Customer Journey Analytics workspaces to stitch online/offline events, surface funnel insights, and feed experimentation loops. * Partner with Marketing & Data Science to design A/B and multivariate tests that improve engagement and conversion. Integration & APIs: * Develop REST/GraphQL services connecting AEP, AEM, legacy platforms, and the Java personalization engine; create activation APIs for downstream channels. Quality, DevOps & Collaboration: * Apply testdriven development, participate in agile ceremonies, and automate CI/CD pipelines (Git, Maven/Gradle, Adobe Cloud Manager). * Mentor junior engineers and champion personalization best practices across the organization. Minimum Qualifications: * 4+years of handson development with Adobe Experience Manager 6.x (Sites/Assets) and strong core Java (Servlets, OSGi, Sling Models). * 2+years implementing Adobe Experience Platform solutions (AJO, RealTime CDP, Customer Journey Analytics). * Proven experience integrating martech, CRM, or dataplatform sources via REST, GraphQL, or Adobe Web/Edge SDKs. * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SPA frameworks for frontend personalization. * Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized microservices. * Understanding of privacy regulations and datagovernance principles (GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA). Preferred Qualifications: * Adobe Certified ExpertAEM Sites Developer, AEP Architect, or equivalent certification. * Experience with Adobe Target, Launch ServerSide Tagging, or similar optimization tools. * Background in machinelearningdriven recommendation engines or propensity modeling. * Exposure to streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis) and realtime decisioning services.
