Technical liaison between customers and internal teams, Lead and Moniterthe onboarding process for new clients, technical training and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts, understanding their technical needs and challenges. Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, engineering, support, sales) to resolve customer issues and drive successful implementations. Lead and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely setup and configuration aligned with customer requirements. Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for clients to maximize product adoption and value. Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals.
