Tech Support Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities. Your role will involve coordinating business generation activities, developing customized targeted sales strategies, and collaborating with the Team Head on sales goals, planning, and forecasting. Understanding client needs, offering solutions and support, and responding to client requests will be crucial aspects of your daily responsibilities. You will need to develop a growth strategy that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs, arranging business meetings with prospective clients, and promoting the company's products/services will be key tasks. Keeping records of sales, revenue, and invoices, as well as providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, are essential for building long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events will be part of your job role. You will also be responsible for preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays when it comes to the challenge of actually selling. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products, developing quotes and proposals, and negotiating with clients by phone, email, and in person will be critical for success. In addition, you will play a key role in developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent job opportunity suitable for fresher candidates.
