Technical Support Executive – SRJ Group We are hiring a Technical Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic technical background and strong communication skills. Your main role will be to understand client requirements, explain our services to them clearly, and coordinate with our internal technical team to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Talk to clients to understand their technical needs and project requirements Explain what our team can deliver in simple terms clients can understand Act as a bridge between the client and our technical team Provide regular updates to clients and ensure timely responses Maintain records of client communication and feedback Requirements: Basic knowledge of technical concepts (IT/software/digital services) Good communication skills in Hindi and English Confidence to talk to clients over phone or in meetings Ability to understand and convey technical requirements Experience in technical support, customer service Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0-2 years Salary: Based on skills and experience
