About the Role:

Tech Recruiter

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the nuances of technical roles, speaks the language of engineers, and thrives in dynamic environments where people are the core of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, negotiating offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics. Provide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

  • Proactively source and build a pipeline of high-quality candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, communities, and tech meetups.
  • Candidate Experience:

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a seamless interview process from initial contact to final offer.
  • Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends in the tech industry, including skills in demand, sourcing innovations, and diversity hiring.
  • Employer Branding:

  • Promote our company as a desirable employer through social media, events, and creative talent marketing strategies. Build strong candidate engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion rates, and source effectiveness. Use insights to optimize hiring processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of

    3 years of experience

    in technical recruitment, preferably within a tech company, recruitment agency, or startup environment.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles and technologies including software engineering, DevOps, data science, cloud computing, and product management.
  • Proven experience with sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other online platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for roles in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, or cybersecurity.
  • Prior exposure to employer branding, campus hiring, or diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Passion for tech, startups, and building winning teams.
