Team Leader / Sr. Analyst Business Control Testing

The position of Team Leader / Sr. Analyst Business Control Testing plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of IT risk management activities, focusing on testing the effectiveness of IT controls" design and operation. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to ensure remediation and compliance. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance practices. Your key responsibilities will include leading and guiding the continuous improvement of control monitoring across all risk types within business units to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and aggregation. You will oversee the testing, validation, and documentation of review activities for risk programs, risks, and controls. Incorporating the results of various monitoring activities and testing into control environment assessments and issue identification will be part of your duties. You will also evaluate and test the effectiveness of the control environment in relation to change management initiatives and provide recommendations for updating Business Unit control, policy, procedure, and risk/control documentation. To excel in this role, you are required to hold a B.Tech or BE in Computer Science or IT. A strong understanding of operational effectiveness and regulatory controls is essential. Your ability to analyze problems conceptually and devise effective solutions will be crucial. Excellent time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are also required.
