Team Leader (Health insurance) with team

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Health Insurance Sales to lead and manage a team of Health Insurance Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in health insurance or financial product sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance. This is a field + office role, requiring both team management and individual contribution towards sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Health Insurance Sales Executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and monitor performance.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Drive health insurance sales through direct customer engagement and team efforts.
• Identify new markets and customer segments.
• Ensure achievement of individual and team targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
