Role Description:
The Digital Marketing Team Leader will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, user engagement, and lead generation for our brand . This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making to drive growth in the health and wellness sector.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, retaining existing clients, and community building.
  • Create and curate engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube , and others, ensuring alignment with the brands voice and objectives .
  • Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality multimedia content, including text, video, and graphics.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, and affiliate marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand goals and effectively target the desired audience.
  • Coordinate with service and sales teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Use performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Community Engagement:
  • Manage and engage with online communities, responding to customer queries, comments, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and key stakeholders to strengthen the brands presence.
Market & Competitive Research:
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration & Team Management:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, sales, and PR to ensure brand consistency and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and fostering their professional growth.
Key Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
  • Master s / bachelors degree in marketing , Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across digital platforms, including social media (organic & paid) , email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing , WhatsApp promotions and video marketing.
  • Prior experience in leading or managing a digital marketing team is highly preferred, including mentoring and guiding junior team members to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, WhatsApp tools and email marketing software.
  • Strong knowledge of paid campaigns, WhatsApp campaign optimization, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other key performance indicators for campaign optimization.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy : Expertise in planning and executing multi-channel strategies.
  • Social Media Marketing : Proficient in driving engagement and brand awareness through social media.
  • SEO & SEM : Strong skills in optimizing content for search engines and managing paid search campaigns.
  • Content Creation : Ability to create compelling content and manage content calendars.
  • Data Analysis : Skilled in analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns.
  • Leadership : Experience leading and mentoring teams to achieve goals.
  • Budget Management : Capable of managing and allocating marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for Wellness : Genuine interest in the health and wellness industry.
