Team Lead - Quality

The job involves proactively taking initiatives to analyze upcoming technologies, market trends, and business scenarios to develop comprehensive project plans in the assigned New Energy Stream. You will be responsible for developing project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. Monitoring project performance and ensuring timely delivery as per the plan will be a key aspect of the role. You will also need to track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals in the New Energy Business. Managing changes in project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate techniques will be essential. Conducting project reviews and providing detailed reports to top management for decision-making purposes is a crucial responsibility. Additionally, creating and maintaining extensive project documentation, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing process optimization in alignment with project requirements are part of the role. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, partners, and vendors for project execution will also be required. The ideal candidate should have a graduate or post-graduate degree from a reputed university or college with 9 to 12 years of overall experience.
