• On-the-job Product Training of new joinees
•Maintain MIS for Allocated Pool•Tracking Callers productivity•Inspire / motivate callers to achieve targets•Sending Pick-up files to FPRs • Co-ordinate with product field FPRs•Identifying critical cases and act accordingly
Prepare strategies for achieving Team targets
•Coordinate with Collection agencies•Handling Escalation calls /agitated customers•Performance review of callers on daily weekly monthly basis• Planfor absenteeism in the team and ensure smooth work flow• Liaisebetween different departments
