1.We are currently seeking a Financial Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing clients through written communication channels, including email, chat, and WhatsApp. You will assist clients with managing their accounts, handling transactions, and addressing any queries they may have. The position involves working directly with our global clients to understand their financial needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations. Primary responsibilities (not limited to) Provide excellent customer service through written communication by addressing client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and WhatsApp. Assist clients with opening new accounts, managing account balances, and processing transactions. Educate clients on various financial products and services offered by the company, including but not limited to Shares, Cryptocurrencies, Commodities, Stock Indices, and Forex. Offer guidance on navigating trading platforms and clients' online portals through written instructions and support. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during all written communications with clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field (Preferred but not required) Fluency in English, with excellent written communication skills. 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or financial services role preferred but not necessary. Strong knowledge of industry products such as Shares, Stock Indices, Cryptos, and Commodities. Proficiency in written communication, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and guidance. Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office. 2. We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Global Financial Services team Primary responsibilities (not limited to) Develop and implement strategies and procedures to enhance Financial Service Representatives' productivity, efficiency, and performance quality Delegate tasks and monitor the team's performance. Set individual and team goal, carrying out performance reviews for each and motivate staff to accomplish Financial Service Representatives' objectives Involvement in new staff hiring and ensure that the team members have the necessary education and training Communicate with management staff in global offices for new strategies and product development discussions Coordinate and cooperate with other teams and departments to improve products, processes and procedures Provide organized, relevant feedback to management about client needs and trends as well as general team progress Perform other assignments and tasks as assigned by Management Requirements Strong communication skills Ability to think quickly and problem-solve in real-time Strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events Previous Sales or customer service experience in forex company Excellent written and spoken English skills Note : Applicable only for candidates based in Hyderabad or those willing to relocate.
