Team Lead - EVBV/PA

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead specializing in Eligibility Verification & Prior Authorization (EVBV/PA) to join our team at Ascent Business Solutions in Hyderabad. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing EVBV/PA team, ensuring timely verification and prior authorization processing, monitoring team KPIs and performance, coaching, training, and developing team members, as well as collaborating with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in EVBV/PA and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role as a Team Lead or Coach. A strong understanding of US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), excellent communication skills, and team management skills are essential for this role.
