As a part of our team, your responsibilities will revolve around owning enterprise-level Java/J2EE applications. This entails various tasks throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) such as designing, developing, testing, documenting, releasing, deploying, and maintaining solutions. You will be required to translate architecture and business requirements into efficient solutions, interact with internal and external web services, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate seamlessly within and across teams. Additionally, you should excel in task breakdown, estimation, and provide regular progress updates on assigned tasks. Requirements for this role include a proven track record in Customer Delivery Projects, strong technical acumen, and experience in Core Banking Delivery or similar Banking Projects. You will be expected to engage with customers for product demonstrations and delivery schedules, necessitating medium to short durations of travel. Excellent presentation skills, motivation to plan project deliveries, track progress, and schedules, as well as effective communication abilities, are key attributes we seek in candidates.
