This role will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components for our automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in assembly and testing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specifications - Perform quality checks and tests on assembled components to ensure they meet company standards - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with assembly or testing processes - Collaborate with other team members to improve assembly and testing procedures - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly and testing - Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and processes - Experience with hand and power tools - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Additional Parameters: - Knowledge of automation solutions is a plus - Experience with RP (Rapid Prototyping) is preferred - Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Knowledge of electrical assembly is a plus If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for mechanical engineering and assembly, we encourage you to apply for the TEAL-Engineer 1 Mechanical Assembly position at Titan.
