Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and service visits. Perform site surveys, testing, and commissioning. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and AV schematics. Train clients on using the installed systems effectively. Maintain accurate service documentation and reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Travel to client locations as required and support emergency service calls. Required Skills Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in AV or electronics servicing. Good understanding of cabling, connectors, wiring standards, and AV tools. Basic IP/networking knowledge is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time across service calls. Strong communication and customer interaction skills. Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory) Experience with automation/control systems (Crestron, AMX, RTI). Knowledge of AV over IP setups or enterprise-level display systems.
