Job Overview:

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our mission. You will be responsible for teaching adult, underprivileged students in rural areas, helping them improve their English communication, life skills, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom sessions as per FEA’s curriculum
• Create an inclusive and motivating learning environment
• Guide and mentor students in improving their English and life skills
• Maintain student attendance, progress records, and feedback reports
• Engage with the community to ensure student retention and participation

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and social development
• Willingness to work in rural/field settings

Experience Level:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

Salary:

• ₹14,500 – ₹15,000 per month (based on location and performance)
