As a Senior Analyst in Nasdaq's Technical Operations team, your primary responsibility will be to manage daily technical operations and application support for all Nasdaq-provided services. This includes round-the-clock technical operations, incident management for internal and external customers, installation of application updates, and maintenance of operational documentation and procedures. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in Bangalore as well as Nasdaq teams in other countries. Your role will involve Linux system administration tasks, Linux-based troubleshooting, L2/L3 technical support, and proactive resolution of production environment issues using monitoring tools like Zabbix.
