Tax Senior Associate, Pass Through Consulting

You will be joining the Pass-through consulting group (PSCG) where your focus will be on addressing core tax issues that impact the firm's client base, which plays a crucial role in the national and global business landscape. Pass-through entities that you will be dealing with range from billion-dollar investment funds to high-tech startups. Your main responsibilities will include working closely with local offices to develop, implement, and maintain models for allocating taxable income among partners and managing capital account records. This will involve utilizing firm standard tools and software to compute various allocations, interpret operating agreements, create client-specific models, and effectively communicate complex tax concepts to team members, local offices, and clients. As a Partnership Allocation and Capital Specialist, you will also play a key role in private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and other high-value clients as part of the engagement team. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in partnership taxation from a Big 4 or a large accounting firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong project management skills, and the ability to adapt to new software tools are essential. Additionally, a Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or an MBA is preferred.
