Description

The Tax Associate 2 - ITax GES position is responsible for supporting the tax compliance and planning functions of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in tax principles and the ability to analyze tax-related issues effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns and compliance documentation.
Conduct research on tax-related issues and regulations to provide informed advice.
Support the team in tax planning strategies and recommendations.
Review financial statements and tax-related documents for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for tax reporting.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect clients.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in tax compliance or tax consulting, preferably with exposure to international taxation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using tax software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Basic understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations.
