Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
  • Build strong pipelines for both tech and non-tech roles
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and regional stakeholders
  • Ensure timely closures and adherence to TATs
  • Maintain accurate data and reports in the ATS/CRM systems
  • Drive employer branding and engagement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field

Good to Have:

  • Experience in IT or BFSI hiring
  • Exposure to compliance and documentation for cross-border hiring
