Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
Build strong pipelines for both tech and non-tech roles
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and regional stakeholders
Ensure timely closures and adherence to TATs
Maintain accurate data and reports in the ATS/CRM systems
Drive employer branding and engagement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably
Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field

Good to Have:

Experience in IT or BFSI hiring
Exposure to compliance and documentation for cross-border hiring
