Main purpose of the Job:

Primary responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, sourcing strategies to build talent pool
for R&D and support functions like RA, QA & DQA.

Role & Responsibilities

  • SPOC for complete cycle of Recruitment & Selection process for Vaccine & Pharma R&D positions across all levels and niche skill positions at Middle & Senior level levels and support functions like RA, QA & DQA.
  • Ensure quality manpower availability throughout the year.
  • Keep the overall TA cost and approved manpower budget of the year within budgeted cost.
  • Replacement Cost should be lesser than the exit employees cost for all hirings.
  • Turn-around-Time of the positions as per the defined SLAs.
  • Quality of Hiring for all positions.
  • Should be familiar with Head Hunting, Talent Mapping and Industry Mapping for critical positions and Niche roles - To build internal data bank.
  • 100% adherence to the TA policies & SOPs and Improvements & benchmarking in both vaccine & pharma divisions.
  • Recruitment Log and MIS to be published as a consolidate with cost details on Monthly basis (verified by Payroll) for review keeping HR cost under control.
  • TA Data Analytics and Accuracy of the data management.
  • Developing effective and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates. Leveraging recruitment sites, job postings, social media, professional networks, Industry networks and other channels for optimal candidate outreach.
  • Stake Holder Management: Fostering strong relationships with hiring managers, business partners, and other stakeholders at senior/middle leadership level to ensure effective collaboration throughout the hiring process and support hiring managers in preparation of meaningful job descriptions for defined roles.
  • Manpower planning & Budgeting along with HRBP.
  • Coordinate with all location-based recruitment teams to ensure TA data is shared on time.
  • Conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and behavioral assessments for senior/mid-level hiring for assessing the competency, role, and cultural fit.
  • Contributing to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand.
  • To carry out the activities as assigned by Supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Should have hands on experience on various sourcing channels and portals for R&D positions.
  • Should have overall understanding candidate mapping/organization mapping.
  • Should have worked in SLA based work environment.
  • Developing & maintaining various MIS reports.
  • Should have basic understanding of recruitment cost analysis.
  • Should be flexible to support the central & plant TA team for various recruitment events.
