You will be joining CloudDrove, an organization that specializes in providing guidance, support, and services to help businesses accelerate their transition to the cloud. As an AWS Solution Architect with Red Hat certification, CloudDrove focuses on CloudOps, DevOps, Container Ops, TestOps, and Blockchain solutions. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a full-time remote position, your primary responsibility will encompass the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will be instrumental in developing employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment journey from inception to completion. To excel in this role, you should ideally have 6 months to 1 year of experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring practices, with a strong focus on Employer Branding and Recruiting. Proficiency in conducting interviews, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, will be key to your success. The role demands autonomy and a proactive approach, making it essential for you to work independently. Prior experience in tech recruitment will be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
