Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US-based IT and healthcare roles. Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify and engage suitable candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide regular updates on progress. Ensure all candidates meet US legal and employment compliance standards, including verification of work authorization. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and nurture a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs. Stay informed about US market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry-specific insights for IT and healthcare.
