The ideal candidate will play a key role in the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing , screening , and coordinating interviews . This is a great opportunity to work closely with hiring managers, and grow in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels. Conduct initial screening calls , coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Work on employer branding initiatives and help build a strong candidate pipeline. Key Requirements: 13 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment . Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
