  • Responsible for the End to End Recruitment process of the candidates till their joining.
  • Required extensive working experience for Contractual and Lateral Hiring.
  • Good Stakeholder management as well as Vendor (Recruitment Agencies) management.
  • Providing relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time frame.
  • Employee engagement activities aim to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Need good exposure in employee grievance redressal.
  • Maintaining employee database and must have knowledge in attrition analysis.

Key Competencies:

  • Communicate persuasively in English , Hindi and respective native language.
  • Stable Career record
