Responsible for the End to End Recruitment process of the candidates till their joining.
Required extensive working experience for Contractual and Lateral Hiring.
Good Stakeholder management as well as Vendor (Recruitment Agencies) management.
Providing relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time frame.
Employee engagement activities aim to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Need good exposure in employee grievance redressal.
Maintaining employee database and must have knowledge in attrition analysis.

Key Competencies:

Communicate persuasively in English , Hindi and respective native language.
