Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Gurugram (Onsite, Mon-Fri)

Salary: Up to 2.5 LPA
Experience - 0.6 to 2 years
What Youll Do
-Source top-tier candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards & referrals-Partner with hiring managers to define clear role requirements-Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, offers-Maintain ATS accuracy and deliver a top-notch candidate experience-Track key hiring metrics and leverage sourcing trends for improvement
What Were Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience-Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter-Excellent communication and proactive sourcing skills
