Talent Acquisition Executive (Immediate Joiners Only)

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) who is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in various positions for client companies

They play a crucial role in matching the right talent with the right job, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities:-

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn etc.)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone and video)
• Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards etc.
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions to effectively match candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Collaborate with internal managers/team members to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the company's database.

Requirements and Skills:-

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role for minimum 2 years.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with IT/ Non IT Recruitment.
• Understanding of referral programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has to have own laptop and good internet connectivity.
