KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate & Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role

2. Source potential candidates through online channels

3. Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media

4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

4. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

5. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

6. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

7. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities

8. Ability to work as a brand ambassador, and talk about the company's strengths to target the right candidate.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

2. Detail understanding of different IT skills & Frameworks

3. Detail knowledge of all different tools & platforms for smooth recruitment

4. Familiar with social media, resume databases and professional networks

5. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

6. Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

8. Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative

9. Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.

10. Strong Experience in hiring process & good Convincing Skills
