Role & Responsibilities:

• Interpret designer sketches and convert them into beautifully stitched garments.
• Create patterns, cut fabrics, and perform fittings.
• Handle all types of garments including ethnic wear, Indo-western, and contemporary styles.
• Provide creative input during the design and sampling stages.
• Maintain high standards of finishing, detailing, and stitching quality.
• Work closely with the design team to meet timelines and quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a designer tailor, or master tailor
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and embroidery techniques.
• Skilled in stitching with perfection, understanding drapes, and fitting.
• Ability to read design sketches and convert them into actual garments.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends is a plus.
