Desired candidate profile: Role: SUPPORT ENGINEER Location: MUMBAI Qualification: Experience: 2-4 YEARS Working days: Regular Responsibilities: 1. Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (such as Windows Server 2016/2019/2022). 2. Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS. 3. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLANs). 4. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus. 5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 9. Relevant certifications (such as MCSA: Windows Server) will be an advantage. 10. Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems 11. Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks 12. Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company 13. Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges 14. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers 15. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues 16. Prepare accurate and timely reports Key Requirements: Windows Server Networking In-depth knowledge in the product that the technician is supporting Strong problem-solving skills Excellent client-facing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
