Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Provide expert support for our applications and infrastructure for Sales & Research services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Provide user support for our Sales & Research applications, addressing user queries, and troubleshooting application issues.
Assist in maintaining and improving our processes.
Work with Linux and Windows server environments.

Requirements

2-4 years relevant experience
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related area
Strong knowledge of RDBMS.
Advanced familiarity with Linux server environments.
Basic knowledge of AWS infrastructure like EC2, S3, RDS, LB, etc.
Basic understanding of networking principles.
Familiarity with CI-CD environment & processes, Integration using technologies.
Familiarity with Containers and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of GitOps principles.
Understanding of CI-CD environment & processes.
Familiarity with mitigating typical web vulnerabilities (XSS, SQL injection, etc).
Experience or familiarity with modern IT practices such as DevOps, Agile, etc.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
A strong desire to learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and practices.
