About the job:We are seeking an experienced D365 Business Central Supervisor Consultant to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of proven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV) This role requires deep functional expertise, technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering solutions that drive business value Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementations of Business Central, including scoping, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment and support Customize and configure the system to meet client-specific business requirements Analyze client business processes and recommend best practices to optimize workflows within Business Central Design and document functional specifications for customizations and integrations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Conduct workshops, training sessions, user acceptance testing support and demonstrations for stakeholders and end-users Work with technical teams to design and implement integrations with third-party systems and applications Develop or oversee the creation of reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools (e g , Power BI) within Business Central Provide post-implementation support to address user issues and optimize system performance Act as an escalation point for complex issues Lead and mentor staff consultants, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and client stakeholders, to deliver successful implementations Consult with clients on Microsoft mid-market technologies by investigating their business needs and discussing new opportunities Required Skills & Qualifications:5 to 7 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting D365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV Proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle implementations Strong knowledge of Business Central/NAV modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Service Management Ability to define, create and complete project deliverables with minimal guidance Familiar with extensions, AL programming, and integration tools (e g , Power Automate, APIs) Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (e g , Power BI, Power Apps) Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure services, and other related technologies Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment as well as completing project tasks as assigned on time and within budget Ability to effectively lead and coach project teams Education & Certifications:Degree in Accounting, Computer Science or Business AdministrationMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are strongly preferred Additional certifications in related Microsoft technologies are a plus
