Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing AP quality control systems and standards, as well as monitoring and analyzing AP quality performance metrics. Conducting AP audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards will also be a key part of your role. Leading and mentoring the AP quality team to achieve organizational goals is essential, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions. You will report AP quality trends and insights to senior management, foster a culture of AP quality and continuous improvement, and provide guidance to the AP team on best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements. In addition, you will take a lead role in managing assigned projects to continually improve the AP End-to-End processes for business users and suppliers within the contingent workforce program. This includes identifying, tracking, and managing issues, risks, and action items, while handling escalations and seeking feedback to improve the end-user experience. Working closely with Business/Operations to solve BAU issues and contribute towards process excellence is also part of the role, as well as collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally to bring in outside industry standard practices. Generating quality reports and dashboards to highlight key trends, error rates, and process inefficiencies will be a regular task. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience as a Quality lead/supervisor. A Six Sigma/Green Belt certification is mandatory, and proven experience in quality management or a similar role is required. You should also have at least 3 years of experience and knowledge of AP business processes in SAP or S/4 HANA and Open Text on an operational End-to-End process level, as well as experience in team lead managing people. Strong leadership and team management skills, knowledge of quality management systems and tools, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, familiarity with industry regulations and standards, and hands-on experience with ERP systems are essential. Excellent communication skills are a must. Preferred qualifications include experience working in the EMEA or NAFTA region or multinational companies, knowledge of local tax regulations (e.g., VAT, withholding taxes), and compliance requirements for the region. A continuous improvement mindset with experience in driving process enhancements would also be beneficial.,
