Studio Manager

Job Description As the Profile Studio Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our studio operations, ensuring seamless execution of photography and video projects. You will handle professional camera equipment, manage studio logistics, and coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to align creative output with client expectations. This is a full-time onsite role requiring your presence at our studio in Morena to manage operations and collaborate with the team in person. Key Responsibilities Studio Operations: Manage daily studio activities, including setup, lighting, and equipment maintenance to ensure a professional and efficient workspace.Camera Handling: Operate and maintain professional photography and videography equipment, including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting kits, and audio gear.Project Coordination: Collaborate with SMEs, clients, and creative teams to plan and execute shoots, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Qualifications Coordination Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with SMEs, clients, and cross-functional teams.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate creative concepts into actionable plans.Broadcasting: Oversee live broadcasting setups, including camera operation, audio management, and streaming software, ensuring high-quality live productions.Education: B.A. in Filmmaking/ B.Sc. in Cinema, B.F.A. (Bachelor of Fine Arts)/ B.Voc. (Bachelor of Vocation) or a Diploma in Film and Media ProductionLocation: Must be able to work onsite full-time at our studio in Morena, MP.
