Job Title: BIM Modeler Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural / Structural Experience Level: 2+ Years Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, India, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Architectural/Structural disciplines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate Building Information Models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools to support design, coordination, and construction documentation processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage BIM models based on design drawings, sketches, and coordination meetings. Produce coordinated models and shop drawings for Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural / Structural systems. Ensure model integrity, accuracy, and compliance with project standards, LOD specifications, and client requirements. Collaborate closely with design teams, engineers, architects, and other BIM professionals to resolve clashes and coordinate multi-disciplinary designs. Participate in clash detection using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360. Generate 2D documentation (plans, sections, elevations) from 3D models for construction and fabrication. Maintain and update models based on redlines, RFIs, and design changes. Assist in setting up and maintaining project BIM standards, templates, and content libraries. Follow company workflows, file naming standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience in at least one domain (MEP / Architectural / Structural). Proficient in Autodesk Revit . Working knowledge of AutoCAD , Navisworks , and BIM 360 . Familiarity with LOD standards , clash detection , and BEP implementation . Understanding of construction drawings, documentation, and industry best practices. Job Description for Yard Co Ordinator Offshore -Jackets /Piles & Other Structure (Bridges, Bridge supporting Platform, Flare Platform, Flare tower) 1) Understanding of Scope of work, Project specification, Project deliverables /PMS/VMS, Construction drawings for all disciplines especially structural & Piping 2) Well conversant with codes and standards towards structures, API/ASME/ASTM. Identify and mitigate potential clashes, delays, or scope conflicts between stakeholders. 13) Serve as the primary interface and align project team, marine operations, engineering team, procurement department and client representatives with that yard during the offshore project execution, to ensure alignment of scope, schedule, quality, safety, and contract requirements of Project Bid specification. 14) Oversee and monitor fabrication progress and ensure constant feed to yard in terms of drawings and materials to achieve the planned progress and pro-actively raise the need list of deliverables in advance to respective managers. 15) Conduct constructability review\workshops during engineering phase with production, D&E and procurement teams to ensure the construction team comments are well incorporated during interdisciplinary check stage of drawings and prior to material PO placements. 16) Participate in yard inspections, audit, and readiness review during different phases of the project and report project managers, directors on yard activities, issues, and risks. 17) Manage scope changes at the yard level and implement, document with minimum rework and resources. 18) Ensure efficient working of project team deputed at the fabrication yard by planning administration needs, lodging & boarding, transport. 19) Promote and enforce safety culture and compliance with HSE standards at the yards. 20) Ensure QA\QC protocols are implemented, and quality documentation is maintained. 21) Maintain a positive, professional relationship with client representatives, promoting collaboration and trust and ensure client feedback is addressed in coordination with internal teams. Host and facilitate client visits, inspections and walkdowns. 22) Liaise with F&A and planning team to draft dispatch documents, invoicing, and statutory customs documentation for seamless dispatch of modules from the fabrication yards. 23) Plan deputation of vendors, sub-contractors at the fabrication yard in line with the fabrication schedule and provide resources to these vendors to finish the task in planned man-days.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural designs and submission drawings required for statutory approvals. This role requires a sound understanding of building bylaws, development control regulations (DCR), and local authority compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review submission drawing in accordance with local municipal bylaws and development control rules. Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape) to ensure all submission requirements are met. Liaise with government authorities such as municipal corporations, development authorities, and fire departments for timely approvals and NOCs. Prepare conceptual and schematic design layouts , floor plans, sections, and elevations for residential and commercial projects. Review and revise architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to project goals and regulations.
