Job Title: BIM Modeler Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural / Structural Experience Level: 2+ Years Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, India, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Architectural/Structural disciplines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate Building Information Models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools to support design, coordination, and construction documentation processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage BIM models based on design drawings, sketches, and coordination meetings. Produce coordinated models and shop drawings for Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural / Structural systems. Ensure model integrity, accuracy, and compliance with project standards, LOD specifications, and client requirements. Collaborate closely with design teams, engineers, architects, and other BIM professionals to resolve clashes and coordinate multi-disciplinary designs. Participate in clash detection using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360. Generate 2D documentation (plans, sections, elevations) from 3D models for construction and fabrication. Maintain and update models based on redlines, RFIs, and design changes. Assist in setting up and maintaining project BIM standards, templates, and content libraries. Follow company workflows, file naming standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience in at least one domain (MEP / Architectural / Structural). Proficient in Autodesk Revit . Working knowledge of AutoCAD , Navisworks , and BIM 360 . Familiarity with LOD standards , clash detection , and BEP implementation . Understanding of construction drawings, documentation, and industry best practices.
