Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning

Develop and manage comprehensive testing project plans including timelines, deliverables, and milestones

Testing Management

Lead and coordinate execution of fatigue and durability tests across vehicle components and systems

Stakeholder Communication

Ensure effective collaboration with Design, CAE, and cross-functional teams

Root Cause Analysis

Conduct thorough investigations and implement countermeasures for test failures or performance gaps

Team Management & Training

Lead and train internal teams in testing protocols, equipment handling, and result interpretation

Technical Competencies

Hands-on expertise in fatigue and durability testing and road load data acquisition
Familiarity with hydraulic actuators, data loggers, and sensors such as strain gauges, accelerometers, and Wheel Force Transducers (WFTs)
Skilled in using data analysis tools (e.g., GlyphWorks) for test data interpretation
Proficient in understanding engineering drawings, component characteristics, and capable of operating UG (Unigraphics) software
Strong foundation in CAE, suspension design, sheet metal design, and material science
Exposure to vehicle simulation techniques (optional but beneficial)

Capable of future planning, decision-making, and conceptualizing innovative approaches
