Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Store Sales Associate. The Store Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right products, providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as restocking shelves, organizing displays, and supporting store promotional activities.

Qualifications

Customer service and interpersonal skills
Sales and product knowledge in the pet care industry
Cash handling and basic accounting skills
Inventory management and organizational skills
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in retail sales is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
