Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Store Manager for our HSR Layout location who comes with a strong background in Hardlines (Fitness Equipment, Cycles, Treadmills). You will be responsible for driving store operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead and coach the store team to meet sales targets and deliver best-in-class customer service. Maintain in-depth knowledge of fitness equipment and hardline products to guide customer purchases. Oversee inventory, merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays. Execute local marketing strategies to drive footfall and engagement. Handle escalations, ensure store upkeep, and manage vendor coordination when required. Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and store analytics to regional leadership. Ensure SOP compliance, including billing, product demos, warranty claims, and installation follow-ups. Desired Candidate Profile: 1+ years of experience managing retail operations in a Hardlines segment (fitness, sports, cycles, etc.). Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Passionate about fitness and customer experience. Familiarity with POS systems, sales reporting tools, and CRM is a plus.
