Store Manager

Key Tasks: - Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe working environment. - Manage and motivate retail staff, providing coaching and support for professional development. - Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and campaigns. - Collaborate with the visual merchandiser to create appealing product displays. - Conduct regular meetings with the retail team to communicate goals, expectations, and updates. - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and satisfactorily. - Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience as a retail manager or store manager. - In-depth knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service best practices in India. - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, retail analytics, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. - Multilingual proficiency for effective communication in a diverse consumer market. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Certification in Retail Management or related field. - Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising principles, proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software. - Understanding of e-commerce and online retail trends, ability to work flexible hours and holiday shifts.
